As part of Bubbledogs ‘Year of the Dog’ Chinese New Year celebrations join us on Tuesday 20th February, where the Chappetts will takeover Bubbledogs!
For one night only, Sandia will be joined in her kitchen for the first time ever by husband, James Knappett, Head Chef of Michelin starred Kitchen Table. The stellar duo have created an A La Carte menu of their favourite home-style Chinese dishes with an enticing menu including Taiwanese Spiced Fried Rabbit, Satay Roasted Cauliflower; and 3 Cup English Clams, marinated and cooked in sesame oil, Chinese rice wine, soy sauce and basil.
As always, Sandia’s selection of bubbles will be flowing – but don’t miss the recommended pairings of Jean-Marc Sélèque and Dhondt Grellet – which are perfectly matched to counter the savoury, richness of the Asian ingredients.
