From Tuesday 13th – Tuesday 20th February, Bubbledogs is all pumped up to honour the Year of the Dog!
Come join us for a week filled with Chinese New Year treats and celebrations, including an exclusive guest hotdog designed by Sandia herself. The Lucky Dawg a Chinese inspired hot dog topped with “Lu Rou”, Taiwainese pork belly mince with shiitake mushrooms, Japanese pickled daikon and coriander. We will also throughout the week, be giving away Hong Baos (a traditional red envelope exchanged with friends and family) to any diner who visits with their pup, replacing the money with delicious dog treats, as after all, it is the year of the dog – so why not celebrate with your four legged friend?
The week of celebrations will headline with, Chappett’s Café which will take place on Tuesday 20th February – For one night only, Sandia will be joined in her kitchen for the first time ever by husband, James Knappett, Head Chef of Michelin starred Kitchen Table. The stellar duo have created a menu of their favourite home-style Chinese dishes with an enticing menu including Taiwanese Spiced Fried Rabbit, Satay Roasted Cauliflower; and 3 Cup English Clams, marinated and cooked in sesame oil, Chinese rice wine, soy sauce and basil.
